- Please do not use the appliance being serviced during the 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Please remove ashes from the ash box prior to your appointment.
- To protect your belongings and give our technicians ample room to work, we ask that you remove items from the area in which we will be working prior to our visit. Typically, we need a 5 or 6 foot clearance.
